About this figure family
PLEX's character figures, from a Bandai-affiliated Tokyo design firm (founded 1981) that produces PVC scale figures and designs many tokusatsu toys.
PLEX is a Tokyo design firm founded in 1981, affiliated with Bandai, with a double life: it designs a great many tokusatsu toys (Kamen Rider, Super Sentai) behind the scenes, and it produces its own PVC scale figures of anime, manga, and illustrated-character licenses, including adult-oriented releases. It is a quietly prolific name in the industry.
