Where we ship from

Every order ships from our private warehouse. Figures are packed by hand — boxes, padding, and labels come out of a real supply room, not a third-party fulfillment center. For team and inventory safety, the warehouse address is not published.

Rates and carriers

Physical orders shipped within the United States have one flat $10 shipping charge per order, regardless of the number of items in the box. If an eligible warehouse release already has prepaid shipping, that credit is applied automatically. We choose the appropriate carrier and purchase the label when your package is ready to leave the warehouse.

Tracking

When your order ships you can follow it from your account's order history, including carrier, tracking number, and delivery-stage progress.

The virtual warehouse

Items allocated through games or quests — and gifts sent to you — can be held in your virtual warehouse at no charge. Ship an item when you are ready, or bundle several warehouse items into one order and pay the single flat shipping charge. Gift senders can also prepay shipping in advance.

Damaged or lost in transit

If something arrives damaged or never arrives, open a refund request from your order history or message us — see the Refunds & Returns policy. Transit problems are on us to make right.
