Tomonui is Banpresto's plush line, its name folding together the Japanese words for friend (tomodachi) and stuffed toy (nuigurumi). The releases are soft character plush produced for the same Japanese game-center prize channel as the maker's PVC figures, trading sculpt for huggable form. The line gives the prize catalog a soft-goods counterpart to its statues.
