Solid Edge Works is Banpresto's Dragon Ball line for the moment before the blow lands. Banpresto frames it around unshakeable sculpting and a hard-edged finish, the figures posed mid-charge as if heading into battle, and in practice it has stayed almost wholly Dragon Ball. It opened in May 2021 with a Super Saiyan Goku and has run as a numbered series subtitled The Departure ever since, climbing past fifty volumes through the Z, Super and GT rosters, from Goku and Vegeta to the Ginyu Force and the GT Super Saiyan 4 line.

These are non-scale prize figures from the crane-game channel, and the line is still going, recent volumes reaching into the GT cast and movie villains with new entries scheduled into 2026.
