Sofvimates is Banpresto's soft-vinyl corner, the name folding sofubi into mates. Where most of the maker's lines chase detail, this one chases charm, rendering mascots and animal sidekicks in the warm, hollow-bodied soft vinyl that collectors associate with retro toys. It opened in May 2022 with Crayon Shin-chan's dog Shiro and has ranged widely since, Sailor Moon's Luna and Artemis, JoJo's Iggy, a deep bench of Sanrio and Disney characters, and the anime mascots fans reach for, One Piece's Chopper, Chainsaw Man's Pochita and Gintama's Sadaharu. A larger Sofvimates branch supersizes the same idea.

These are non-scale prize figures from the crane-game channel, and the line is still running, the roster of mascots growing across new licenses into 2026.
