About this figure

This is Shinobu Oshino from the Monogatari series, in Taito's Desktop Cute line. The donut-loving vampire sits in the line's compact desk format, blonde hair and ancient golden eyes on a child-sized frame. The Desktop Cute scale suits a character who haunts shadows and snacks in equal measure. The figure released in February 2025. She is about five inches seated, PVC and ABS, non-scale. Desktop Cute figures are built for desks, scaling the vampire down to keyboard size. Monogatari figures appear rarely, which makes any Shinobu a small event for the fanbase. She claims a desk corner the way she claims Araragi's shadow, like she has always been there.
