About this figure

This is Asuna from Sword Art Online, the Extra Edition version from Banpresto's SQ figure line. The Lightning Flash stands in her Knights of the Blood styling with her chestnut hair, from the Extra Edition special. It released in June 2014, a vintage entry in the franchise's early merchandise years. She stands about seven inches tall, PVC and ABS, non-scale. Asuna is the series' most merchandised heroine, and early figures of her carry real nostalgia. Figures from 2014 have become era artifacts as the franchise rolled on. The Knights of the Blood look is her classic battle styling. She brings a vintage Asuna to a shelf, the heroine drawn the way the first seasons looked.
