About this figure

This is Rem from Re:Zero, the renewed Magician version from Taito's Precious figure line. Rem wears a stage magician's outfit, top hat and caped jacket over dark colors, mid-performance. The renewal refreshed the original Magician with updated color and finish in May 2020. She stands about nine inches tall, PVC and ABS, non-scale. The magician look is an original costume, and it lands because Rem plays everything completely earnest, even sleight of hand. The renewal gives the design a clean second run. Precious is Taito's larger prize class, and the hat pushes her presence further. The dark palette with stage flourishes makes her an easy anchor for a shelf of brighter Rems.
