This is Shanks from One Piece, the Film Red version from Banpresto's King of Artist line. The figure ties to Film Red, the movie that finally put Shanks at the center of a story. The King of Artist treatment gives him a black cloak, the saber, and the quiet menace the films traded on. The red hair does the rest. It released in October 2022 alongside the film's theatrical moment. He stands about eight inches tall, PVC and ABS, non-scale. Shanks figures spiked with Film Red, and this remains one of the definitive ones from that wave.
