This is Rem from Re:Zero, the renewed Frill Swimsuit version from Taito's Precious figure line. The original frill swimsuit was an early classic of the character's beach figures. This renewal brings the design back with refreshed color and finish, a ruffled blue and white suit with layered frills doing the work a plain bikini never could. The renewal released in January 2024, an off-season beach figure in the best tradition of the hobby. She stands about nine inches tall, PVC and ABS, non-scale. The frills are the whole argument for this version over the simpler swimsuit Rems, adding sculpt interest most beach figures lack. Among the many summer takes on the character, this is the most detailed in its class.
