This is Hatsune Miku from Vocaloid, the Lolita entry in Taito's Fashion figure series. The Fashion series gives Miku entire wardrobe genres, and this one is sweet lolita. She wears a red and pink frilled dress with layered skirts, ribbon bows, and the full tea-party silhouette. The style is a real fashion subculture in Japan, and the figure plays it straight rather than as costume. She released in June 2024 alongside the series' other style studies, like the Country version that followed. She stands about seven inches tall, PVC and ABS, non-scale. The frill work is the reason to look closely, with the layered skirt sculpted rather than painted on. She pairs nicely with the gothic-leaning figures from other series, or she holds her own as the single sweetest thing on the shelf.
