About this figure

This is Albedo from Overlord, the renewed edition of Taito's Coreful T-Shirt Swimsuit figure. The pose carries over from the original, arms crossed overhead mid-way through pulling off a tee. The colors flip though: the swimsuit is now deep purple and the shirt dark instead of white. The purple suit sits closer to her hair color, so the renewal reads more tonal and less graphic than the black-and-white first version. The renewal released in October 2023 as the second take on one of Coreful's most distinctive Albedo sculpts. She stands about seven inches tall, PVC and ABS, non-scale. Between the two versions the choice is contrast or harmony, and this is the harmony pick. The unusual arms-up silhouette remains the real selling point, since nothing else on an Overlord shelf stands like this.
