About this figure

This is Rem from Re:Zero, the alternate color edition of SEGA's Chubby Collection figure. The Chubby Collection shrinks characters into round, palm-sized versions of themselves. This release recolors the little maid Rem for collectors who wanted a second flavor of dumpling. Same compressed proportions, same refusal to take anything seriously. The normal color version released in December 2021, with this alternate following as its companion piece. She is about four inches tall, PVC and ABS, non-scale. These are desk figures by design, made to sit by a keyboard and absorb idle attention. The two colorways display best as a pair, side by side like salt and pepper shakers. As Re:Zero merchandise goes, nothing else is this committed to being small and round.
