About this figure

This is Ainz Ooal Gown from Overlord, a Banpresto prize figure from the Sacred Kingdom movie wave. This release was the first time the Sorcerer King got this level of detail in a standard prize figure. That is a little surprising given how long the series has been running. The skeleton face is fully sculpted, and his black robe spreads wide with deep red and purple lining, so the figure has real presence despite the simple pose. Banpresto put out a matching white dress Albedo in the same month, and the two were clearly designed to stand together. He stands about eight and a half inches tall. The figure is PVC and ABS, non-scale, and released in March 2025. The robe gives him a wide footprint, so leave him a bit of room, and he anchors an Overlord shelf the way the character anchors the story.
