About this figure

This is Rem from Re:Zero, the renewal edition of Taito's Sporty Summer Precious figure. The athletic styling carries over from the white 2021 original, but the shirt goes black, and the whole figure shifts toward an evening palette. Same sunglasses pushed up in her hair, same off-duty energy. The renewal released in August 2022, giving the design a second run with the alternate color. Between the two shirts, the black is the one that makes her blue hair do the talking. She stands about nine inches tall, PVC and ABS, non-scale. Sporty Rems are scarcer than swimsuit Rems by a wide margin, which makes either colorway a nice differentiator in a collection. The renewal tends to be the harder of the pair to track down.
