About this figure

This is Rem from Re:Zero, the Original Maid Swimsuit version from Taito's Precious figure line. The design does exactly what the name says: it rebuilds her maid uniform as a swimsuit, white and blue with the apron lines and headpiece intact. It is the rare beach figure that keeps her job description attached. The figure released in June 2019, making it one of the oldest pieces in most Rem collections, from the first big years of the character's merchandise boom. She stands about nine inches tall, PVC and ABS, non-scale. Early Precious figures like this one have become hard to source as the years stack up. The maid-swimsuit concept has been remade by other lines since, but this is the version the remakes reference.
