About this figure

This is Albedo from Overlord, the gold colorway of Taito's Desktop Cute swimsuit figure. The seated sculpt matches the white 2023 original, but here the bikini is a metallic gold that picks up her golden eyes and warms the whole figure. With the black wings folded low behind her, the combination reads richer than a swimsuit figure has any right to. This version came through Taito's online crane machines as a taikure exclusive in February 2025, so it never had a store release. The sculpt family is white, black, and gold, and the gold is the flashiest of the three. She is about five inches across in the seated pose, PVC and ABS, non-scale. The metallic paint rewards a spot with directional light, where the suit actually glints; in flat light it reads closer to bronze.
