Search for the figure you want, share a reference, or describe it to us. When we find a possible match, you can review the price and condition before accepting the quote.

After you accept, we confirm the order has been placed and make your deposit available. The deposit is part of the quoted total, not an extra charge. Open your account Overview and look under Sourced for you to pay and follow its progress.

Once your item arrives and passes inspection, you can finish payment from the same place. When fully paid, it moves to your Warehouse, ready for you to arrange shipping.

A clearer way to work toward an eligible figure.

Choose Layaway on an eligible Shop figure to hold that exact piece. Every Layaway begins with a successful payment. Plans at $300 or less run every two weeks; plans over $300 run once a month. You may keep multiple Layaways while payments stay current, and the deposit rises from 20% to 30%, 40%, then 50% as your number of active plans grows.

Public progress and member support start on, and you can turn either off before starting. When support is open, members can contribute $5 or more. If the plan is cancelled, every supporter receives their exact contribution back in their own Customer Bank as store credit.

A collection space that grows with you.

Organize your figures, Gallery, wish list, and favorites. Your account Overview brings your orders, sourcing updates, and payment plans together.

New Showcase content is shared with the community by default. You can turn sharing off when you add something or change it later. My Showcase keeps account tools, sensitive records, and anything you hide private.

Keep your figures together until you are ready.

Your Warehouse shows the items you own that are waiting to ship. Keep them stored or choose eligible items to ship together, then review the address and shipping charge.

Follow the shipment from your account. After delivery is confirmed, the figures appear on your shelf, and the completed shipment stays in your order history.

Send an eligible wish-list figure.

Open a collector's Public Showcase and choose an eligible wish-list figure. You can send it to their virtual Warehouse, choose whether to prepay its future shipping, and decide who receives the Reward Points.

Checkout confirms the recipient and figure before payment. Layaway contributions use their own checkout, separate from ordinary cart items.

A small-business supply chain, not a corporate one.

Jazmine works with small local shops, vendors, and individual sellers across Japan. Some are people she has met through her trips. Others are local hunters who find figures from different areas and sell them to her. For some of them, this work is a meaningful second income.

Whenever possible, she pays fairly, often more than a second-hand shop would, because the people doing the work matter too. Every figure comes back to her door first. She opens the boxes, checks each item, sorts and photographs them in-house, and writes the listings herself.
