A Tokyo hobby studio founded in 1987 by Makoto "Max" Watanabe and partnered with Good Smile Company since 2001 as a sister manufacturer. Produces the figma articulated-figure line (launched January 31, 2008 with a Haruhi Suzumiya release), the PLAMAX plastic model kit family, and ongoing scale-figure work in distribution coordination with GSC.
