Hexa Gear is Kotobukiya's customizable mecha line, a system of 1/24 model kits built around modular, recombinable hardware rather than a single fixed robot. Launched in 2017, it treats its machines as a toolkit, parts and weapons meant to be swapped, rebuilt, and posed across the range, with the Governor pilot figures scaled to ride them. For a builder, Hexa Gear is less about one model than about the kit-bashing the system invites.
