Acquired Broccoli through a friendly tender offer announced April 14, 2023 and finalized June 13, 2023, bringing the Di Gi Charat / Uta no Prince-sama / Aquarian Age IP catalog and the Gamers retail chain inside the Happinet group. For figures, Happinet's role is distribution and corporate-parent rather than direct sculpt-and-mold manufacture; some Happinet-branded scale-figure releases appear in retailer taxonomies through the company's toy-segment operations.
