A Japanese character-goods and figure company founded in November 1999 by a six-company consortium led by Kadokawa Shoten alongside Impress, transcosmos, Nihon Kyōhan, Animate, and MediaWorks. Started as 'Character and Anime Dot Com' and grew into a producer of PVC scale figures across anime, light-novel, and game licenses.
