A Japanese entertainment company established March 25, 1994 in Tokyo by Takaaki Kidani (who later founded Bushiroad in May 2007). Headquartered at 2-14-1 Takanodai, Nerima-ku, Tokyo. Originally an event-management startup that grew into a hobby-shop retail operator (the Gamers chain, opened July 1996 in Ikebukuro), then expanded into anime production, character-merchandise development, trading-card games, and IP licensing. Best known for the Di Gi Charat franchise (originally the Gamers brand image character), Galaxy Angel, the Aquarian Age trading card game, and the Uta no Prince-sama male-idol multimedia franchise. Became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Happinet Corporation on June 13, 2023 through a friendly takeover bid announced April 14, 2023. Current leadership: Masashi Ogi (President & Director) and Shigeki Suzuki (Chairman & Representative Director). For figures, operates as an IP licensor with partner manufacturers handling sculpting and production; direct merchandise runs through the Gamers retail / online channels.
