This is Frieren from Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, in SEGA's Luminasta line, the release fans call the melon pan figure. The elf mage stands in her traveling whites, and the charm is the snack-break energy the sculpt carries, caught mid-errand like the show's quietest moments. It released in March 2024 as one of the first big prize figures of the series' breakout. First-wave figures of hit shows become the reference pieces later, and this is Frieren's. She stands about seven inches tall, PVC and ABS, non-scale. Beside the later Coreful and Desktop Cute entries she is the original, and the one that watched the franchise take off.
